COMPANY POLICY

GUEST'S

For the safety, privacy and enjoyment of our guest receiving beauty services while practicing social distancing I ask that you arrive alone with no additional guest. Children are not allowed on the premises for safety precautions, and consideration of other practitioners and clients in treatment. The ambience of relaxation is priority. 

RESERVATION FEE'S 

Reservations require a deposit to hold the request for approval and non refundable.  You are allowed to roll over your deposit (1 time) to a new reservation within 72 hours of confirmed appointment. 

Cancellations within 24 hours for an appointment, same day cancellations and No Shows forfeit the reservation fee. Future reservations the practitioner reserves the right to ask for 50% deposit. 

The company reserves the right to charge a deposit on future bookings or request the service to be paid in full when a guest abuses the company cancellation policy.The policies are strict with no exceptions. Time is valuable and services are blocked of a significant time which makes it difficult to fill with very little notice. Thank you for understanding. 

MONETARY TRANSACTIONS

CASH and All major CREDIT CARDS are accepted.

ARRVIVAL

Please arrive at your scheduled time.  Additional details will be provided during your reservation confirmation. 

Time is scheduled specific for the service protocol. Policies and protocols are implemented to provide a safe environment and equipment safety for guest and practitioners. 

PRICES + SERVICES

Prices and services are set and subject to change trending the markets and cost increase at the company's discretion.   We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur. We encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment to stay up to date.  Promotional and special pricing cannot be combined. 

SERIES OF TREATMENTS
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse on treatment series that are purchased in advance as a gift card or prepaid service. We will, however, exchange them for other products or boutique credit of equal value. All services provided previously are non refundable.

Guest are advised to ask questions in regards to known allergies. Allergic reactions are always a risk and can be unpredictable. All guest are required to fill / sign waivers for all services. 

CANCELATION FEE'S 

Feel like your coming down with an illness a few days prior? Please consider the safety of the practitioner(s); contact Lash Esthetica within 24 hours to allow the practitioner to fill the reservation with clients who are waiting for an opportunity to open. Appointment cancellations 24 hours in advance will have no charge. Less 24 hours will have a scale charge. Starting at 50% of the service 8 hours prior. Less then 5 hours or NO SHOW is 100% service charge.  Your consideration to our services, policy and time is appreciated.

REFUND POLICIY

All services and gift certificate sales are final.  Skincare is non refundable due to health and safety policies.  

COVID  POLICIY

Additional protocols are added for extra precaution.  

All staff will be wearing face mask at all times.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION​

  •  Parking is available in front of the building, on the street and in the parking lot across from the studio located on Price Blvd.
